    Informed by Non-Violent Communication, I take an approach to communication that is oriented towards knowing our why for when/how we communicate. Feedback is a key component to communication flow and learning to receive and give skillful feedback is the backbone of collaboration.

    There is more than one way to decide and more than one good decision. Learn how to harness the wisdom and creativity of the group without getting bogged down in never-ending process meetings. Discerning when and how to solicit input and when to move forward on your own directive is a key component to collaboration that is inclusive and sustainable.

    Where and how do resources get allocated? How does information get shared? What happens when there’s conflict and our easeful working flow gets disrupted? These are questions to be explored and addressed through establishing processes and systems that support flow to happen!

As a consultant, I will help you and your group to identify the priorities for your work, the pathway to getting there in alignment with your values, and how to work with the pain points that can derail your efforts.

Collaborative Leadership Consulting is a partnership and requires commitment to process and reflection work. After an initial discovery session to determine if the relationship is a good fit, I ask for a minimum of 3-month commitment to establish work together.
